We stand behind our quality. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following strict conditions:

  • Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Unworn Requirement: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: You may choose a full refund to your original payment method or a direct exchange for a different size/item of equal value.

SECTION 3: SHIPPING, HANDLING & RISK

  • Expedited Processing: Our team strives for same-day shipping on all orders. Please note that high-volume periods may result in minor dispatch delays.

  • Packaging Standards: Every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Shipping Method: We utilize Standard Ground Advantage.

  • Rate Transparency: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight. You will always see the total shipping price before your purchase is finalized.

  • Free Shipping: All orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Delivery Risk: Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, Dore Age LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SECTION 4: GLOBAL MANUFACTURING & QUALITY

Dore Age LLC sources materials and labor globally to ensure the best possible product. Our clothing is manufactured in several countries, including the USA and China, but not limited to these locations. Regardless of origin, every garment undergoes a rigorous quality check before it is shipped to you.

SECTION 5: ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Due to our commitment to same-day shipping, the window for canceling or modifying an order is extremely small. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at orders@doreage.com, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made before dispatch.

SECTION 6: PRODUCT CARE & ACCURACY

  • Color Display: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen accurately portrays the true color of the fabric.

  • Care Instructions: Dore Age LLC is not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions located on the garment labels.

SECTION 7: PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

Customers who subscribe to our email newsletter are eligible for a 10% discount code.

  • Discounts are valid for first-time orders only.

  • Coupons cannot be "stacked" or combined with other sales unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to terminate any promotional code at our discretion.

The "Dore Age" brand, our logos, clothing designs, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Dore Age LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarked materials or original designs for commercial purposes is a violation of federal law and will be prosecuted.

Our store is hosted on a third-party platform and may contain links to outside websites (such as social media platforms or payment processors). Dore Age LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of these links is at your own risk.

DORE AGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO FABRIC MATERIALS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.

You agree to defend and hold Dore Age LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
